Descriptions of 131 Lincoln Rd

As far as transportation is concerned, the 2 and 5 trains at Winthrop and Sterling Street, the Q train at Parkside Avenue and the B, Q and Shuttle trains at Prospect Park are the options offered in Prospect Lefferts Garden. Originally, the area was originally settled by a family in 1660 but in 1893 the Lefferts estate was divided by James Lefferts into six hundred building lots, now known as Lefferts Manor. By 1979, Lefferts Manor and parts of Lefferts Avenue and Sterling Street were granted landmark status by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission. Welcome to Prospect Lefferts Gardens, a residential neighborhood in New York City's borough of Brooklyn. Saintanor "Michael" Grant (Dec 2011)
Whether you wanna take a walk in Prospect Park, the Prospect Park Zoo, visit the Brooklyn botanic garden or enjoy the many restaurants, sushi bars and wine bars located in this great neighborhood. Less than 20 minutes to Soho, West Village and Union Square and less than 30 minutes to 34th Street, Herald Square and 42nd Street, Times Square. This beautiful pad, with hardwood floors, is only a block away from prospect park and the Q and B subway lines.
