463 1ST ST in Park Slope

Park Slope

Quiet Good transportation Great food Fun nightlife LGBT-popular

Park Slope, often known as the baby stroller capital of the world, very much lives up to its reputation but is so much more than that.

While many young parents with children inhabit the neighborhood because of its excellent education system and proximity to Prospect Park, its lovely tree-lined streets, community focus, and selection of restaurants make it a wonderful neighborhood for anyone to live in.

Descriptions of 463 1st St

5 bathrooms, bike storage under the stoop, LOTS of closet space with storage, beautiful landscaped backyard GREAT for Summer BBQ's or just hanging out for some morning coffee and sunshine (the backyard is shared BUT the owner very rarely uses it because they have a deck. A few doors in from 7th Avenue you have access to all the restaurants and shopping that 7th Avenue has to offer and just 2 blocks to Prospect Park. No laundry in the building BUT the laundry is so close it's right out your front door. Zahra Hashemian (Mar 2014)
