All new kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, microwave, dishwasher, new lighting, additional outlets, and all new hardwood floors Walking distance to the train, restaurants, shops, countless social, historic and cultural hot spots. Gareth Thompson (Nov 2010)
It is an amazing find on a great location, right off the amazing Smith street, lots of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shops, parks, and close to the subway lines to Manhattan. Everything is nearby, subway is just a block away, shops, restaurants, bars, nightlife, cafes, boutiques, parks and everything you look for is literally right around the corner. It's a nice quite tree lined street, over extended fire escape to sit on and read a book or enjoy some company with the sounds of bird chirping. This is truly an amzing place and it's an awesome location and it has all the charm you looking for. Raheel Ahmad (Jun 2014)
