Descriptions of 54 Livingston St

Prime Hot Location, in Heart of Brooklyn Heights, Steps to everything, Bars, Cafes and Restaurants, Promenade, Brooklyn Bridge Park at Pier 6, with Beach Volleyball Courts, and Close to all sorts of Shopping and Transportation. Omar Saeed Butt (Feb 2014)
Perhaps the most beautiful homes in the city (the entire neighborhood is a historic district and safe, clean, tree-lined streets, and it clearly has a lot to offer. Though it's the most expensive neighborhood in the outer boroughs, Brooklyn Heights is arguably still a good deal. The main retail artery, Montague Street, is underwhelming, and there's little diversity. Livingston between Court St and Clinton Street. Great location. Elevator. Laundry. Ed Hassan (Oct 2013)
Located next to the Borough Hall Station (2345 trains Trader Joe's, and the Promenade this couldn't be in a more central Brooklyn location. Nicholas Lee (Aug 2014)
