The 1700 has granite and exposed brick walls the others may or may not have brick walls and those with out granite and brick walls are 1650. Easy parking, short walk to the train, laundry in the building, bike storage (small fee) and the best landlord in Western Queens. The building has laundy, a live-in super, bike storage for a fee, and a landlord that really cares. Gorgeous granite kitchen with a spectacular tree view out the back windows.
