Descriptions of 21 27 27th Street

Brimmed with microbreweries, ethnic restaurants, mom and pop shops where the rent is much more affordable and the commute into Manhattan is super quick, Astoria still carries a neighborhood feel where people know each other by name and familiar faces appear often at your favorite hangout. Where delicious diners and renegade restaurants vie to tantalize your tastebuds and chic shops offer up fashion, furniture, food and fun. Smart minded people who have fled pricier Manhattan and Brooklyn to populate this now super trendy, super cool hot spot. Justin DiGiulio (Dec 2013)
Astoria is know for it's vast diversity which you can see in it's Restaurants like Trattoria L'Incontro and Ditmars Station and its nightlife like Astoria's Famous Bohemia Beer Garden and Vino di Vino. Marc Cain (Sep 2014)

Located on a quiet residential block steps to N and Q trains (20 min to midtown) as well as shopping, dinning, pharmacies, fitness centers and more on Ditmars and 31st Street. Located steps from the nearest subway station, shopping and dinning on Broadway, on a quiet block with great rooftop views of Manhattan. However, there's plenty to do in Astoria as it is known for having some of the best restaurants in the entire city. John B. McGriskin (Feb 2014)
Astoria is a wonderful neighborhood located 15 minutes or less with from Midtown Manhattan and is adjacent to 3 other queens neighborhood, Long Island City and Woodside. Family owned restaurants are abundant, and while nightlife may not be mom and dads motive, there's plenty enough to satisfy the college kid in us all. You will enjoy the speakeasy feel of Dutch Kills or your choice of huge outdoor beer gardens like Bohemia Hall and Beer Garden with their live music. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, Walking distance to New York's best restaurants, Steps away from all trains and shopping areas. Live life in Beautiful Astoria neighborhood that is loaded with shopping, sidewalk cafes, bars, and open air nightlife lounges. With only a 15 minute subway ride to the city and plenty of surrounding ethnic restaurants and bars you will never get bored. Astoria is a very welcoming neighborhood with free standing houses, which make it feel a lot less hectic than the city. Vibrant neighborhood with many bars, cafes and eateries, Centrally located between the N, Q, R, and M Train stops. Allan Jimenez (Feb 2014)
