Located on a quiet residential block steps to N and Q trains (20 min to midtown) as well as shopping, dinning, pharmacies, fitness centers and more on Ditmars and 31st Street. Located steps from the nearest subway station, shopping and dinning on Broadway, on a quiet block with great rooftop views of Manhattan. Astoria is a wonderful neighborhood located 15 minutes or less with from Midtown Manhattan and is adjacent to 3 other queens neighborhood, Long Island City and Woodside. Family owned restaurants are abundant, and while nightlife may not be mom and dads motive, there's plenty enough to satisfy the college kid in us all. You will enjoy the speakeasy feel of Dutch Kills or your choice of huge outdoor beer gardens like Bohemia Hall and Beer Garden with their live music. Live life in Beautiful Astoria neighborhood that is loaded with shopping, sidewalk cafes, bars, and open air nightlife lounges. With only a 15 minute subway ride to the city and plenty of surrounding ethnic restaurants and bars you will never get bored.
