Close to Astoria Park, as well as all the grocery stores, laundromats, drugstores, produce markets, bars and restaurants on 30th Avenue This place won't be available for long. In five minutes, you can be grocery shopping at Trade Fair, having a drink at Sweet Afton or the Brewhouse during trivia night, or heading to Manhattan on the Q train. Finally, for entertainment several movie theaters, including East Village Cinemas and Regal Union Square, are merely blocks away. Finally transportation is conveniently located mere blocks away at the N and Q subway stop at Astoria-Ditmars Boulevard. There is an abundance of restaurants in the area including the Thai Elephant and Olivo Restaurant. If you prefer to dine in, Gramercy Produce and Berry Fresh Farms are within a two block radius. Other perks to living in this elevator building include a laundry room and a part-time doorman. Trader Joe's and Natural Green Market is only two blocks away in case you feel like eating in.
