Very nice calm street with plenty of trees, yet right next to all the great restaurants, farmers market, grocery store, banks, etc This is definitely a must see. The building has a laundry room, a garage and an outdoor terrace. Other units are available in the building and can be shown. Only a six minutes walk to the N, Q train at Ditmars.
