Descriptions of 24 52 38th St

Hardwood floors throughout, ceramic tile in kitchen and bathroom, recessed lighting, oversized windows that allow for plenty of sunlight, deep closets, nook kitchen, laundry in building, balcony, and one block from 30th Ave. Sonia Fernandez (Oct 2014)
The location is great, steps to public transportantion (Subway and buses) and many restaurants, shops, food markets and schools. Excellent location steps to all the trendy restaurants and cafes on 30 Ave and the subway station. But we were wrongnow with the new construction done our finishes became our main pride. We used to think that location was the best attribute of our building. Of course, 6 minutes and 4 blocks from the train station. Come live with us in our lovely building. Tom (Yotam) Nadler (Mar 2012)
