Descriptions of 24 52 38th St

The location is great, steps to public transportantion (Subway and buses) and many restaurants, shops, food markets and schools. Excellent location steps to all the trendy restaurants and cafes on 30 Ave and the subway station. We used to think that location was the best attribute of our building. Of course, 6 minutes and 4 blocks from the train station. Come live with us in our lovely building. Tom (Yotam) Nadler (Mar 2012)
