We’ve been busy over the last few weeks!

Send messages to renters!
See a renter you want to work with? Click “contact renter” and you can now send a personal message along with your listings and rates. Even better, you can send messages back and forth (for free) until they decide to exchange contact information. Put their fears to rest, promote your professionalism, answer any questions — tell them whatever you want to get the lead.

Welcome to your new Inbox!
All contacts with renters are now stored under the “My Contacts” tab. Messages from renters are in the Inbox. Messages you’ve sent that you are waiting for a response to are in your Sent box. And our refund policy is still in place – if a message isn’t read within a week, your credits will be refunded.

Goodbye “Requests” and “Offers”. Hello “Contact” and “Connect”!
No more “requesting from renters”, “declined offers”, and all that real estate lingo. If you see a renter you like, you “contact” them. If they like one of your listings, they “contact” you. And if you connect with a renter, well, you “connect” and contact information is exchanged.
