We’ve been busy over the last few weeks!

Send messages to brokers and landlords!
See an apartment you like? Click “contact agent” and send a personal message. Ask about fees, square footage, where’s the nearest Starbucks… all while remaining anonymous.

Brokers and Landlords can now also send you messages along with apartments that match your search and any rates. You can either respond anonymously, or “Connect” with them and exchange contact information (more on that below).

Welcome to your new Inbox!
All contacts with brokers are now stored under the “My Contacts” tab. Messages from brokers/landlords are in the Inbox. Messages you’ve sent that you are waiting for a response to are in the Sent box.

Goodbye “Requests” and “Offers”. Hello “Contact” and “Connect”!
No more “requesting an offer”, “declining an offer”, and all that real estate lingo. Brokers and landlords will send you apartments, commission rates and messages. If you don’t like what you see, send them an anonymous message telling them why. If you do like it, click “connect” and your contact information will be exchanged.
