Battery Park City: Get an amazing view of a floating green woman holding an ice cream cone. A true testament to the American love of food!
TriBeCa: Unfortunately, Still in development. The streets are bumpy cobblestone, and the restaurants and bars are missing signage.
SoHo: The Immigrant quarter. No one speaks English and even the mannequins are emaciated. Probably a good place to find a cheap apartment.
West Village: This neighborhood has the largest population of White America parents with Chinese and Black babies.
East Village: Every weekend they close down this part of the City for American college reunions.
Lower East Side: It’s unsafe to travel here at night. Lots of sick homeless people puking on street corners.
Murray Hill: Home.
Gramercy: Come to this neighborhood to see caged humans frolicking in a garden. But don’t feed them. They bite!
Chelsea: You’ll feel comfortable here. The men hold hands and no one stares at the women.
Midtown: The religious quarter. Lights and star-gazing people everywhere.
Upper East Side: Still a British colony with Empire fashions in full effect.
Upper West Side: America’s Bollywood.
“Manhattan by Neighborhood by a Fresh-Off-The-Boat Indian” was written by naked apartments. At naked apartments, brokers and landlords compete with their rates, quality of apartments and user reviews to work with renters. Renters maintain their privacy until they want to work with a broker or landlord. On the flip side, naked apartments allows quality brokers and landlords to distinguish themselves with renter-generated reviews and the ability to directly contact renters looking for a New York apartment. Sign up, spread the word and make renting in NYC easier.
