A - It is a storage loft/area in the apartment. It has no connection to any outside ventilation or anything of that such. It does go pretty deep back in there, almost all the way to over the stove/kitchen area. She had set up a little nook for herself.
#5 - How did she get in there?
A - I have no idea, the only way she could have gotten in is through the window, as I am on the top floor and there is a fire escape. The police think she was probably coming in to rob me when I was gone and decided to stow away in the crawl space. Supposedly this isn’t the first time the cops had come across something like this.
#6 - How long was she in your apartment?
A - The police officers thought it looked as though she had been there for at least a couple weeks, although could have been longer.

There is a movie a saw when I was younger about a homeless man living in a crawspace and would do the same and come out to eat when they were all asleep. The people found out and befriended the homeless person and tried to help him but the movie was full of suspense because it would lead you to believe the homeless man was going to rob kill or rape the younger child or something. And sometimes the homeless man would watch them while they dressed or slept. It was creepy but If I remember the man turned out to be good but creepy who did bad things in his past and was hard to trust. I forgot how it ended.
Bullshit, plain and simple. Oh you used a green-tinted night vision type lens for your camera, that means this is real!

There are so many aspects of this video that make it BULLSHIT. The main aspect is you can see her sitting in her stupid fucking cubbyhole watching him set up the camera. Why would she proceed to come out and be filmed by this guy on purpose? Watch her in the beginning in the corner.

But then I read about the typical voice the guy has, like an actor…
and I discovered something strange.
During the short intro he moves his eyes to the left, very quickly, three times (seen from the viewpoint). Also, he frowns his forehead several times. Then I remembered something about so called ‘ micro-expressions’ and how they can help unmask liars. I found this website

It turns out to be that looking to the left stand for: ‘auditory constructed’ images (or stories). (In comparison with looking to the right, which means ‘auditory remembered’ image(story).)
Combined with the fact that he says ‘ she’ (although he didn’t know it was a woman at the time he placed the camera) and the uncontrolled movements of his forehead there is a big chance that the guy is actually lying (or in other words ‘auditory constructing’ a story).

There is no doubt that this is real. If you have any doubts, I am sure that Shankar Desai can, and will, post a copy of the police report when he gets a copy. Be reasonable, gettting a copy takes time. I have downloaded a copy of this video and upon close and careful examination by a friend of mine in the movie industry, he has declared it authenic beyond any doubt. My friend has been working in the movie industry for over 30 years. For 18 or those years he was a ticket seller at the Rio Theatre and then for 13 years he has been a ticket taker at the Edward’s Cinema ACTUALLY IN HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA ITSELF. He knows his stuff, I am telling you. He knows a fake when he sees it. What consumer video camera has the ability to:
a) Record all night (note it shows him coming in for breakfast, apparently oblivious to his own camera.
b) Switch from night vision to normal, which requires a physical switch that removes the IR filter.

That’s crazy! I am completely creeped out by this. I live by myself, and just last week I noticed food missing. I said to a visiting friend, “I know this sounds crazy but I know my jar of jam was almost 1/2 full and this morning when I used it I was scraping the bottom”. A few days later I went to get a Twix from a bulk chocolate bar box. It came with 4 and I had eaten only one, yet there were none left. Wish I hadn’t stumbled across this right before bed and will definately be doing a thorough check of the attic and crawl space!
