Chelsea is a colorful neighborhood with a strong cultural, energetic pulse.
Once primarily the stomping grounds for the gay community, Chelsea’s great restaurant and bar scene, as well as its proximity to The Meatpacking District have made it one of the hottest neighborhoods to live in for any New Yorker. Residents choose to live here for its wide array of cultural, nightlife and daytime activities. Chelsea is truly an amalgamation of some of the best things New York has to offer.learn more about this neighborhood
Trust me; you should see this spacious, gut renovated, $2,500/mo, quiet, studio before it's rented.
You'll love the apartment's views of the skyline, hardwood floors throughout, northern exposure, and floor to ceiling windows. Nice touches add to the apartment's unique character including exposed brick walls.
The windows let in tons of sunshine to brighten up the space. The apartment has in-unit laundry. The management company did a good job with the recessed and halogen lighting.
You might never need it with New York's vast take-out options, but the kitchen was gut renovated and has granite countertops, an open layout, a window with a view, and hardwood floors. The rental features a gas oven, a full-sized fridge, a dishwasher, high-end, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of storage.
The bedroom has hardwood flooring, a window with a view, and good storage. You should have room for a queen bed in the average sized bedroom, but I recommend you bring a tape measure during the viewing.
Inside the gut renovated bathroom you'll find a medicine cabinet, a standard tub, marble finishes, and a luxury shower. There's also a window in the bathroom.
It's worth noting there's clean and lighted hallways, security cameras, and a live-in super.
