Greenwich Village

Good transportation Great food Fun nightlife Cool factor

Greenwich Village, once occupied by brownstones and walkups, is now undergoing an overhaul, as old hospitals and office buildings undergo transitions into luxury buildings.

At the heart of Greenwich Village lies Washington Square Park, where on any given day you can see NYU students huddled against a tree with their reading, local songwriters strumming on their guitars, artists sketching the variegated scene, and even old men playing chess.

I just can't tell you how cool this place is. Right off of union square on 13th St. They just don't make them like this anymore! Amazing old school detail with 15 foot ceilings with exposed beams. Key'd elevator access. If you are looking for something truely unique this is the place that you have always dreamed about. Prime neighborhood and it's pet friendly to boot. Don't wait cause this one will go fast!
