Upper West Side

Quiet Good transportation Fun nightlife Great food LGBT-popular

Upper West Side residents can’t imagine living anywhere else.

The buildings are beautiful and, with a few exceptions, tend not to tower over the blocks. The pace of life is a bit slower than in other areas of NYC. For anyone that has lived in or knows Boston, the neighborhood is the closest thing to Boston living that New York has.

This is the one. It's a gut renovated, top-floor, spacious, quiet, three bedroom and the Upper West Side neighborhood is lovely. I recommend you schedule a viewing as soon as possible. Units like this don't last.

The unit has large windows, views of the skyline, southern exposure, and hardwood floors throughout. There's a den and dining room for added living space. High ceilings and a decorative fireplace contribute to the apartment's charming character.

The rental has a nearby laundromat. The apt comes with central a/c and heat/hot included. The recessed, dimmer controlled, and halogen lighting give it a nice feel. The rental lets in tons of sunshine to brighten up the space.

You might never need it with New York's myriad restaurant options, but the apartment's kitchen was gut renovated and includes an open layout, hardwood flooring, granite countertops, a window with a view, and an island. The rental includes a full-sized refrigerator with an ice maker, high-end, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher.

The bedroom has a window with a view, hardwood flooring, and an en-suite bath. It's a large bedroom. You should fit a king.

Inside the gut renovated bathroom you'll find a medicine cabinet, good storage, a soaking tub, granite finishes, and a luxury shower. A window that opens in the bathroom is an added plus.

This is a great opportunity to rent in a building that's loved by tenants, well maintained, leasing up fast, and rarely available. Here's a snapshot of the amenities in the building: a front door buzzer, security cameras, a great super, clean and lighted hallways, and parking on street.
