East Village

Good transportation Great food Fun nightlife Cool factor LGBT-popular Young crowd

Artsy? Then the East Village is for you.

Simply by walking down the streets, one can feel the difference in the vibe of the East Village versus the Upper East Side, for example. Vintage dresses, old lace-up boots, and battered brown purses accent its young inhabitants.

Great 3 bedroom apartment in Alphabet City!

Tons of space and a HUGE living room. Recessed lighting, hardwood floors, exposed brick, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and washer/dryer IN UNIT!

This is one of the better management companies in the neighborhood - and trust me, that is important. These buildings are old and if something stops working it's good to know that it will get taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Please note: This apartment is located pretty far East. Ave C has been booming lately with new bars, restaurants and cafes opening. Transportation is the only tricky part of this location. It is hard to find this type of apartment and such great space for this low of a price anywhere else.
