  When I first started looking for an apartment, I was very hesitant about working with a broker. In the past I had always rented directly through leasing offices and after hearing horror stories from friends, I was not looking forward to this search. That all changed when I met Rob. He immediately responded to my inquiry and was honest and understanding about what I was looking for. We set up an appointment and that was that. Rob was a professional right from the start and helped guide me through the process with ease. I never thought I would have had such an enjoyable experience with a broker, but Rob proved me wrong. Not only was he extremely knowledgable about the inventory , but was also fun to work with as well. I would definitely recommend Rob to friends and family looking to move. Rachael

  During my apartment search I tried using several brokers and was unhappy with there lack of understanding of my needs. I decided to give it one more try and I was lucky enough to find Robert Forster. From the first time we spoke he reassured me that the primary focus would be towards my wish list for a new apartment. He was very professional,courteous, and extremely knowledgeable regarding apartment in my desired area. I finally felt my needs came before someone just worrying about a broker fee. I have rented a couple of times in Manhattan and this was the best experience so far. Not once was I ever pressured into making a decision I didn't feel comfortable with, and negotiating the fee was no painful at all. I would have never found my great apartment if Rob didn't work endlessly. Give him a call you will not regret it. Regards Devyn
