Downtown Brooklyn

Good transportation On the rise

With a population of around 7,050, Downtown Brooklyn is hip, easygoing, and relatively upscale, but not pretentiously so.

The area has a mix of historic brownstones, new and converted high-rise apartments, restaurants, boutiques, theaters and more, usually at lower prices than their Manhattan counterparts. Downtown Brooklyn, with its mix of old and new, high end and inexpensive finds alike, is a great place to explore.

You're an adult now who has made it, so live well like one! This jewel offers package and doorman services, laundry, (right across the hall), and parking. Bike storage is available for cyclists, and it's conveniently located by two bridges. Fancy, that! There's also a private outdoor area to lounge in and a live-in super to handle anything you might need. This unit is flooded with sunlight, and both rooms fit either a king- or queen-sized bed. Five outlets per room and cable-ready. Marble sink baths and fresh white tiling. The MB has its own bathroom. The ceilings are high enough to increase closet space for EVERYTHING. Start the year off properly RIGHT NOW before the holiday season! This area of Downtown Brooklyn offers the Fulton Mall and local eateries like Gino's and Junior's, as well as as a vibrant nightlife. DUMBO, with Galapagos Artspace, Henry St. Ale House, and powerHouse Books offers a smart, hip scene, but when it gets a bit loud, it's nice to retreat towards the Downtown area where the hip stars separate from the hipsters. It's admittedly more mature, but no less accessible to the theatres and nightlife. The United Artists Theater is on the corner and the Rite Aid is right across the street. If you decide you like the amenities, but are not quite satisfied with the neighborhood, or vice versa, please, let me know how I can help. My primary focus is on two- or three-bedroom apartments, but if you're looking for a jumbo alcove studio or massive one bedroom loft, I will exhaust every effort in finding what might reasonably satisfy your needs!Ask about the more luxurious (or modest, if you wish,) accommodations and prime locations I have to offer. A comparable unit a stone's thrown away from this one offers a spectacular view with similarly striking amenities, so call, text or e-mail me. I value helping people make timely decisions they can live WELL with!
