  Kemdi. Is. Awesome. Professionalism and courtesy is a given. He showed us apartments that were precisely what we were looking for, and had the patience to keep showing us places even as we changed our minds frequently and were being picky. Coordinating the schedules of so many of my roommates and getting the documents for the application was a difficult process, but he was always available to answer any questions and review everything that we were preparing. Don't know how we could have found a place without him. For a bunch of guys that were looking for the perfect place, we found the right broker.

  Kemdi is a pleasure to work with. He showed my fiancee and I several apartments in the financial district. Kemdi made the entire experience very enjoyable, even extending our appointment to show us an apartment further away he thought would suit our needs well. We put an application down on a unit, and although we ultimately decided not to take it, Kemdi was invaluable in helping to clarify what materials we needed and submitting our materials and checking in with the management company. I would highly recommend Kemdi to anyone looking for an apartment in the city.
