Windsor Terrace

Great food Near park On the rise

With its sweet suburban streets and family friendly vibe, Brooklyn’s Windsor Terrace can be described as the less precious cousin of nearby Park Slope.

And while the commute to Manhattan is slightly longer than that from Park Slope, recent additions of stylish restaurants and spruced up local parks have spawned a renewed local interest in the area.

1 Bedroom  in a Classy Pre-War in Windor Terrace / Kensington.

I love this building. My Clients who have moved here love this building. Great location, beautifully maintained, and huge apartments! On Ocean Parkway, but right up at the top so Ocean Parkway is basically a sidestreet with almost zero traffic. The Park is right THERE! F & G trains are across the street. Horses pass by all the time... It's really really nice.

Beautiful Pre-War Apartment (they made everything bigger before that unfortunate business 1939-45. That all out effort against Evil. One last epic struggle to rid the world of Mankind's Worst - so clearly it was a huge success ....right? - Anyway, that valiant effort had a couple of unfortunate consequences. One of which was the shrinking of basically everything, that continues to this very day. Cars, phones, IQ's and quite clearly living spaces for the masses. Anyway, that's basically what 'Pre-War' means.  If you were wondering)

Beautiful spacious Pre-War 1 bedroom in Kensington / Windsor Terrace. Recently renovated. Hardwood floors, tall ceilings, beautiful period detailing, granite counters, dishwasher, lots of room. This building was made when they thought there was endless space in Brooklyn. And it feels like it!

Bedroom (17'6 x 10'6)
Kitchen/Living Room (15'10 x 15'6)
9' ceilings, 4 closets, entry vestibule.

A block from Prospect Park and the F G trains at Fort Hamilton Parkway. You'll be in Manhattan in 20 minutes, Park Slope in 5.

Come see this gorgeous apartment. You won't regret it.

Heat and Hot Water included. Pets (woof!) are welcome.
