OUR THOUGHTS: This rare find stands in Williamsburg's Northside. The space is simply massive, much much bigger then it looks in the pics. The gutted space has new floors, kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, tall windows, and boasts a very tall ceiling (roughly 11ft). The bedroom can quite easily fit a California King sized bed with bed side tables and vanity, dressers, & desk .... not kidding. The half bed could be perfect for a child or home office, while the living space can fit an 8 person dining table, office space, and livingroom large enough for a projector & seats for 8 guests. This space could be the ideal fit for an artist, photographer, designer, or just someone looking for a LOT of space. THE LOCATION: Is the best. The building stands in the most desirable location in Williamsburg, and quite possibly all of Brooklyn. North 8th street, between Bedford and Wythe Avenue, is one of the most beautiful streets, lined by trees and timeless housing. While the street itself is relatively quite and peaceful, endless option of great locales are available to peruse. The Bedford L, McCarren Park, East River Ferry & Park, are all about 2 minutes away on foot, or closer. The commute to Union Square is clocked in at roughly 6 minutes.
