Good transportation Great food Fun nightlife Cool factor LGBT-popular Young crowd On the rise

One of the largest neighborhoods in Brooklyn, Williamsburg has undergone a major metamorphosis in the last decade.

It’s transforming from a traditionally working-class neighborhood to a veritable embodiment of gentrification and urban rebirth. These days, tourists and day-trippers flock to Williamsburg for a little slice of cosmopolitan bohemia.

This is an amazing opportunity. It's a quiet, recently renovated, spacious, one bedroom plus the Williamsburg area is fantastic. You should absolutely schedule a viewing immediately. Units like this don't last.

You'll love the apt's sound proof, large windows and hardwood floors. Nice touches add to the apartment's nice character including high ceilings.

In addition to the above, there's an in-unit thermostat, central a/c, and heat/hot included. The management company did a nice job with the recessed and dimmer controlled lighting. The onsite laundry is a nice convenience. The apt is nice and sunny.

The apartment's eat-in kitchen features ceaserstone countertops, an open layout, and hardwood floors. You'll find plenty of storage, a gas range, a full-sized fridge, high-end, stainless steel appliances, a gas oven, and a dishwasher.

The bedroom has a window with a view, hardwood floors, and good storage. You should have space for a queen bed in the well sized bedroom.

Inside the bathroom there are a standard shower, good storage, and a soaking tub.

The building is rarely available, well maintained, and loved by tenants, which means it's a great opportunity for you. The building features parking on site, bike storage, lighted and clean hallways, a great super, outdoor space, a front door buzzer, a virtual doorman, a gym, and a roof deck.

Text, call, or email me at your earliest convenience for any more information. I'll be more than happy to help.
