  Rich was amazing the entire time. We had lots of disparate ideas on what we were looking for in an apartment and he showed us tons of great options within our price range very quickly. He was always responsive with messages (which is super critical) and the places he showed us were exactly as advertised - very straightforward! Super friendly and patient, especially tough considering he had to walk both me and my fiancee around during some of the coldest months of the year in NYC! Highly recommended

  Rich stayed in touch with me and responded almost immediately one night after I indicated an interest in an apartment he had just posted. He took the time to send me a virtual tour of one apartment that he videotaped and saved me from making a trip to see a place that wasn't quite right. The one place I saw in person was very nice but I wasn't ready to pin it down ... I had more time to look and ultimately ended up with something else. But, Rich went to bat for me in negotiating a lower broker fee, should I have applied for the place.
