You need to see this gut renovated, quiet, spacious, doorman, one bedroom in Union Square before it's gone.

The rental comes with south east exposure, large, sound proof windows, and hardwood floors. With high ceilings, the apartment has an unique feel.

The apartment has onsite laundry. The apartment has alot of sunshine to brighten your day even during a bleak day. The management company did a great job with the track lighting.

For meals at home, the apartment's kitchen was gut renovated and comes with tile flooring, an island, a breakfast bar, an open layout, and granite countertops. It has a gas range, a gas oven, high-end appliances, a dishwasher, and a full-sized refrigerator.

The bedroom has good storage, a window with a view, and hardwood flooring. You should have space for a king in the large bedroom, but I recommend you bring a tape measure during the showing.

Inside the gut renovated bathroom you'll find a standard tub, a medicine cabinet, marble finishes, and a standard shower. A window with a view in the bathroom is a nice addition.

It's rare in NYC, at this price range, to find a building that's leasing up fast, rarely available, loved by tenants, and well maintained. This building is exactly that. Here's a snapshot of the amenities in the building: a 24-hour doorman, a great super, lighted and clean hallways, and nearby parking.
