  Jeremy isn't the kind of broker who will just let you do all the work, which means you won't be doing all the research so he can unlock a door. He would email us listings as soon as they became available, tell us how many people were interested in the apartment, and was super responsive. I had a million questions and he answered all of them clearly, concisely, and—most importantly—honestly. He also assured me on several occasions that he'd make sure we wouldn't end up settling or being homeless, which is a nice feeling. Oh, and he was also an awesome person.
