Gramercy Park

Quiet Good transportation

Few neighborhoods are as lovely as Gramercy, arguably the most charming area of New York City.

Situated between Murray Hill and the East Village, Gramercy has a relaxed, old-money type of feel. It’s no wonder, as in pre-civil war New York the brownstones and mansions facing the park were the poshest places to live in the city. Former New York governors and presidential candidates have lived in Gramercy, as did young Theodore Roosevelt.

Yes, you read that right... this is a nicely renovated 1 bedroom apartment in a gorgeous and highly convenient downtown (ish) location for under $2k...It has a decorative fireplace... it has amazing has a recently renovated kitchen... it has a nicely renovated shower... there is however one small quirk with this miser's delight: The shower is in the kitchen, and the toilet is in a separate (locked, PRIVATE) room in the hallway. This is kinda sorta like an SRO. but the unit is much larger and nicer than most SRO's.

SO. If you are feeling a little adventerous, give me a call and we will go look at an apartment that you will probably tell stories about to your grandkids after you make it big in Manhattan.

If not, I have all the best acounts in Manhattan. Chances are if I don't have it, it doesn't exist!
