East Village

Good transportation Great food Fun nightlife Cool factor

Artsy? Then the East Village is for you.

Simply by walking down the streets, one can feel the difference in the vibe of the East Village versus the Upper East Side, for example. Vintage dresses, old lace-up boots, and battered brown purses accent its young inhabitants.

This is a dangerous location for food lovers! There is an amazing bakery is right downstairs and the famous Veselka Polish diner is one block away. You can sit out front and enjoy your iced coffee at Dunkin Donuts-before heading across the street to take advantage of the twice weekly farmers market. The glorious mix of new and old are what make this building one of my favorite buildings in the city. You are in the heart of the Village-walk to Union Square, Washington Square Park or get a tattoo in Alphabet City. This doorman elevator pre-war gem features studio, one and two bedroom apartments with stainless steel kitchens, marble bath, French doors and crown molding. One of the great features is the uniqueness of the floor plans above the 10Th floor. You will find unique layouts, great views and great detail. This pet friendly building has studios, one beds starting , and two bedrooms.
