I got the recommendation about Zoey through close friend and I have absolutely no regrets . I have used brokers in the past and have not been entirely comfortable with the experience. Some brokers that have shown me many different apartments in one day and only one even vaguely fit my criteria.
Zoey, however was quite the opposite and working with her was very refreshing. she picked me from the subway station and paid attention to what I had requested and every single apartment that he showed me was one that I seriously considered renting.
She went far beyond what I expected of a broker, checking in periodically to see what she could help out with, negotiating frequently on my behalf, coming with me to my lease signing and answering questions even after I had signed the lease.
It has been a pleasure working with Zoey and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment in Brooklyn . Nir .M

Zoey has been extremely helpful so far in my apartment search. She responded very quickly to my emails, and was always quick to suggest other apartments she thought I would enjoy. My roommates and I still haven't made a decision on an apartment yet, but Zoey really has made the apartment searching experience a much more pleasant experience than we were expecting.

Zoey was initially helpful, and promised to send me more listings the day after we first spoke. I didn't receive a call or an e-mail. Several days afterwards, I was in the area and decided to message her asking what happened and if she had anything to show me that day. She apologized and said we could meet at 5PM and she would send me pictures of the listing. She didn't send me pictures, but she did show up on time and we viewed the apartment.

After we saw that apartment, I asked her to send me the listings of another apartment that she wanted to show me but we didn't have time to see. She never reached out to me. Very unreliable.
