Zoe Stetsyna entered residential rentals and sales after working as a legal assistant for a real estate management company. Realizing how much she loved the business, she started out learning the ropes with an accomplished senior agent of many years, and has since carved her own success with exemplary service and results.
 

Zoe’s best lesson and guiding philosophy throughout her career has been to always make each and every client a priority. Finding an apartment in the city is a tough process to navigate without the right professional at your side; and Zoe provides the knowledge, determination and attentive service that make it much more manageable. “I help people figure out what’s the best apartment and neighborhood for their budget and their lifestyle. Originally from Ukraine, Zoe holds an MA from Kiev Economic University where she majored in International Business and Economics. Instead of going to law school, her original plan, she pursued her passion for real estate in New York, where she’s lived for seven years. Zoe came to the city from a foreign country and made it “her own.” This experience has driven her to be hardworking, compassionate and persistent for her clients.
 

Zoe is fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian and French. Personally, she leads an active and healthy lifestyle doing yoga, biking, and running in Central Park. Zoe has lived in Brooklyn, Long Island City, and is currently in Manhattan. She loves discovering wonderful new places and things about every neighborhood, and helping people make New York their happy home as she did.

Zoe and her partner Max were incredible. I needed to find an apartment (my first apartment!!) over the course of two days. They really paid attention to my needs and wants, and showed me probably 20 apartments. They go above and beyond the call of duty, even after you signed the lease. They will help you work with the management company and even keep in touch with you periodically to make sure the moving transition goes smoothly.

I do not have enough kind words about them. They worked for every dollar of that broker's fee! I hope I can work with them again in the future.

I would highly recommend Zoe as the person to assist in your apartment search. Moving is very stressful and one of the most important factors that helped me in the process was Zoe's responsiveness, especially in allaying any concerns I had and answering all my questions. At no point did I sense she was pushy and I found her a pleasure to work with. I would also like to give her partner Max a mention, who was available for a last minute viewing I requested. He was also great to work with and together I think they make a good team.

Zoe responded to my initial inquiry very quickly and kept me informed throughout the process. Before even going to meet her she told me what documentation I would need and reviewed what I had in a dropbox account to make sure all of my paperwork was in order and correct.

Her partner Max took me around to several apartments that fit my requirements, and helped me imagine what the place would look like filled with stuff. He was friendly and helpful.

Neither Zoe nor Max were pushy or made me feel rushed. They answered any questions I had and helped things go smoothly.

The only downside of the experience was the cost, but I expect it was fair for New York and having everything go so smoothly and quickly made up for a lot of it.

I wouldn't hesitate recommending Zoe.

I can't say enough about Zoe and her charming partner Max. I moved back to the city after 10 years, and while excited to come back, my stomach made wrenching leaps when I considered the notion of renting an apartment in NYC. If you are like me, this is a daunting, ridiculous process that exists no where else in this country to my knowledge. Who should I contact? Who should I trust? Can I trust a NY real estate broker?? That was happily proved to the positive when I reached out to Zoe and set in motion a process that could not have been easier in the circumstances. They helped me find an apartment in one day. I signed the lease the next day and moved in. All true! Zoe is patient, calm and understanding. Max was the perfect guide in viewing apartments and helping to weigh all the particulars. Even in my welcome package was a bottle of wine that happened to be a favorite variety from a specific region, something I made a casual remark about. Coincidence?

If you want a valued partner in your apartment search, one who doesn't pressure and seeks to fill your needs, look no further than Zoe and Max.

Zoe and Max were amazing! Zoe replied to my email within a few hours and had 2 apartments to show me the following day. I ended up renting the second apartment Max showed me. It was a sublet and it required a lot of paper work and Zoe was great at getting my condo board package together. Her email response time to my questions were within a few minutes, even on the weekends! I highly recommend Zoe and Max!
