Meet Zoe

Zoe Stetsyna entered residential rentals and sales after working as a legal assistant for a real estate management company. Realizing how much she loved the business, she started out learning the ropes with an accomplished senior agent of many years, and has since carved her own success with exemplary service and results.
 

Zoe’s best lesson and guiding philosophy throughout her career has been to always make each and every client a priority. Finding an apartment in the city is a tough process to navigate without the right professional at your side; and Zoe provides the knowledge, determination and attentive service that make it much more manageable. “I help people figure out what’s the best apartment and neighborhood for their budget and their lifestyle. From there I guide them through every step so they get their offer accepted, get approved, and get the keys!”

Originally from Ukraine, Zoe holds an MA from Kiev Economic University where she majored in International Business and Economics. Instead of going to law school, her original plan, she pursued her passion for real estate in New York, where she’s lived for seven years. Zoe came to the city from a foreign country and made it “her own.” This experience has driven her to be hardworking, compassionate and persistent for her clients.
 

Zoe is fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian and French. Personally, she leads an active and healthy lifestyle doing yoga, biking, and running in Central Park. Zoe has lived in Brooklyn, Long Island City, and is currently in the East Village. She loves discovering wonderful new places and things about every neighborhood, and helping people make New York their happy home as she did.
