Ayesha was super friendly, responsive, and helpful with my questions. I did not end up renting an apt. through her, as we found another that was more the location we were looking for, but I would recommend working with her to anyone looking for an honest, friendly broker.

Zainab responded to my request immediately and followed up with a phone call. Even though I was doing a long distance search at the time prior to my move, she took time to speak to me about my options and sent a list of documents to me that I would need to have ready before beginning my in-person search. She followed up with me nearly a month later after I moved to the city and gave me a lot of great information.

Although I ultimately ended up renting in Manhattan in a place I found on my own, I cannot recommend her enough.

Zainab and her showing agent Ayesha were great, they go back to my girl friend and I quickly, were very open with knowledge of the market and neighborhoods, showed up on time to showings, and were very personable and easy to talk with. Though we didn't end up finding our apartment through them, I have already recommended them to friends, and felt that they actually listen to us and were interested in showing us places that would be a good fit, rather than trying to unload any apartment in our price range on us.
