Zachariah White

Zach was nothing less than fantastic. He was very friendly and warm, and showed us many apartments in our price range and desired area. Though in the end we did not end up renting from him, as we found an apartment without a broker fee, we would certainly want to go with him for the next time we are looking for a place. Work with him!

Zachariah was very helpful. He listened to what I needed and found me a place with a ton of space right where I wanted. I know who I am calling next year.

I worked with other agents before him and they just gave me a bad vibe. Zach was professional and fun during our appointment. We went back to the office to apply for the apartment and I was signing the lease 3 hours later. Great service, they don't call it Rapid Realty for nothing!

Zack was patient and made sure I had a good feel for the market. He showed me five apartments in the area I wanted and got me a great apartment. I am recommending him to my friends in the future.

I was in a rush to get out of the place I was living in and just called Zachariah about an apartment I saw. He took me out to see it along with four others and actually helped me get a better apartment at a lower price. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone that is serious about moving.

While I missed out on the apartment I was looking at, Mr. White was courteous and helpful. Considering the market in the general area and the fact that the same apartment may be handled by multiple agents, it wasn't surprising that someone else got there first. I will continue to seek his help in locating the best apartment to fit my needs.

I showed interest in a place that had only been up a few days. He took a day to respond and tells me it has already been rented and tries to offer me different places. I didn't come here searching for a broker. I came here searching for an apartment.
