about is a sale. Although that can be said
about some agents, I Myself do not fit that mold.

There was something about his manner and communication just seemed off, and rubbed us the wrong way. He rescheduled our initial appointment, didn't recall details from past conversations, and seemed intrusive. We decided not to pursue any listings with this agent.

I must say, I have spoken to a couple Brokers. They weren't bad but It's not often you come across one who doesn't make you feel he is about the sale. Sometimes you forget he is a broker and you are confiding with a friend. I am enjoying this experience so far.

Yvenson is wonderful!!
I am in the process of renting from Yvenson.

What I love the most is having a broker on my side who makes me feel like I have OPTIONS!

If you don't make 40k with a credit score of 600+,
lots of brokers will make you feel like you have no options, and you have to take what they give you.

But not Yvenson.
I definitely feel like my broker is working WITH me instead of trying to shove me in a place so they can collect their fee. This is a very important feeling to me, and if you understand the value of customer service, you will feel the same.

Whether I rent with Yvenson or not, I will always appreciate the sincere effort he puts into placing real people with realistic situations into great homes that fit their needs.
