Yuliya's understanding of the financial implications of a real estate investment, and empathy for others as they make a large purchase that can also be highly emotional, are unique assets that her clients genuinely appreciate.

Yuliya was extremely responsive and professional, concentrating only on the details I asked her to concentrate on and not trying to show me apartments that were outside of my criteria, which was much appreciated! Every apartment she showed was just like in the description, and she spoke to the owner's broker (if there was one) in advance to vet the apartment for me before I actually went to see it. It was a pleasure working with her, and I plan to use Yulia for any other housing needs I have. You can tell she really wants to help you find something you will like to live in, rather than just throwing options at you and overwhelming you like other brokers.

I worked with Julia previously and keep coming back every time I move. She was originally recommended by my co-worker and I could not have asked for more. Julia is a lot of fun to be around and she really knows her neighborhoods! She really helped me out with my application because she had such a great relationship with the landlord, most of all we still keep in touch which I really appreciate. I have to say that she was very patient with me, which came as a big plus because the last time I moved I really wasn’t sure what I wanted. Thank you again!!
