Ying was wonderful! My boyfriend and I had exactly one weekend to find an apartment in NYC -- and it was thanks to Ying that we were able to land the perfect place. She took us to several properties and was extremely detail-oriented, providing notes and comps to ensure that we were within budget and getting the most value for our dollar. Ying was accessible, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with. She made the apartment hunting process a total breeze. Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a place in Manhattan. She is courteous and made the whole process relatively easy. I told her what I wanted and she got us to look at a few apartments with my exact specifications.. I would definitely work with her in the future if need be..

Brokers can either make your apartment hunting experience an easy stress-free one or.. well.. if you read some of the reviews you know it can get pretty terrible.
Having rented before in the city and looking for a new apt, I wasn't gonna put up the with any pushy/shady brokers.
After calling around to get the feel of a few brokers and getting a great recommendation from a family member i decided on Ying.
Ying was extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite, and understand throughout the process. She found me a great place, in the area I requested, at the price I was looking to spend. Not to mention how helpful she was with ironing out the final few move-in/landlord details. She definitely goes above and beyond.
Not sure about the firm as a whole but you can't go wrong with her.
