Yahira was very nice and she tempered my expectations, as a novice apartment hunter. I ended up going in a different direction, but she is very pleasant.

Yahira made the nightmare of finding an apartment a breeze! She was so honest, genuine, and quick to help us (we were getting close to a deadline). She responded quickly when we had questions and really took the time to help us out. She is great at what she does!

Yahira was my saving grace when looking for an apartment in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. I had never been to Brooklyn before and I only had 4 days to find an apartment and sign a lease. After meeting with tons of brokers and seeing at least 15-20 disappointing places, I thought I would have to settle for an apartment I really did not want.

Fortunately, I saw a posting for Yahira and got in touch with her my last day of searching. Not only was she the most professional and knowledgeable person I met with, but she showed me two quality, affordable and awesome apartments. She knew the neighborhood, the buildings she was showing me and the management companies she worked with. I was beyond impressed with her and am so glad I had the opportunity to meet with her.

Yahira got me the apartment I wanted and went with me to sign my lease within 2 days of meeting with her. The process could not have been any more efficient than it was. Yahira is reliable, straightforward and she won't waste your time. She is absolutely the broker to call to get the job done. Thank you Yahira!!

Yahira was a tremendous help in finding the right apartment for me. I came to NY from Miami with a limited amount of time to find a place. I wrote to her after finding her listing on nakedapartments. She responded very quickly and was ready to show me the apartment the very next day. After deciding on the apartment, she worked very hard to ensure that all my documents and applications were in order. She answered every question and responded quickly to every phone call. I can't even count how many times I called her. I couldn't have asked for a more smooth experience. I am extremely grateful for her professionalism and willingness to work hard.

Agent did not respond initially, but later replied to my review and let me know that she had passed my information onto her manager, Stacie Smith. Stacie Smith apologized and said she had mis-dialed my number. Unfortunately, I never worked with either Yahira nor her manager, but I can tell you that they are good at following up.
