Winston’s approach to real estate is more akin to a consultant than a salesperson. With a great analytical mind and a penchant for active listening, he has an uncanny ability to truly understand the needs and concerns of his clients, who he considers as partners. Having an almost encyclopedic knowledge of the real estate market, Winston is adept at locating the best deals for his clients, which has earned him a well-deserved reputation for getting results.

Prior to working in Real Estate, Winston worked as a Banker and owned various small businesses. Winston graduated from NYU and Baruch College, with a Bachelors degree in Business Management, specializing in Operations & Entreprenuership and Finance. In his spare time, Winston is a team leader with New York Cares for various projects, including Financial Literacy at FEGS, Lego Robotics at Citizen Schools, SAT Math Prep at Brooklyn HS of the Arts, and Morning Math Games at PS282K. A fitness buff, Winston likes to stay fit by weightlifting, calisthenics, boxing, and biking. Winston brings his passion for learning & teaching, along with a lot of energy and mental focus to every real estate deal.
