William Garcia was born and raised in Bronx County, New York. William first started his career in Sales/Customer Service In the year 2001 working as a part-time sales associate at The Gap, then moved up to Store Manager for many other retail companies. While working with these companies he became a veteran to the customer service industry. 

He then joined the team at Pantiga Group in 2012. William's background in Sales along with his superior knowledge of customer service made him a single point of contact person for all of your Rental needs. He is consistently working to change what people think of Real Estate agents today. He was top sales associate for Bronx Volkswagen and he's looking to do the same in the rental game so look out! When William is not working with buyers, sellers or renters to find their next dream home you can find him with his family enjoying the outdoors or attending real estate seminars to keep up with the change in real estate so that he can better serve his clients

William is absolutely AMAZING!!! It took almost 6 months for me to find the apartment I'm living in now, which was found by William, and he was by my side the entire way. I was working with about 3 real estate agents during this time and William was the only one continuously sending me listings and keeping me updated on applications in progress. If it wasn't for him I probably would have given up my search he is extremely professional, diligent and especially kind. Your in good hands with William Garcia!!!

William was very active looking for an apartment for me and my family. Even if I did not rent from him because I found something else, it was a real pleasure seeing apartments with him. He was willing to attend my needs, working even on Sundays, he never stopped. Of all brokers I worked with William was the best, if you need somebody to really cares he is the one.
