Due to her own multinational background—she was born in Germany, raised in Colombia, and has lived in New York City for over a decade—Viviana Montenegro understands the combined excitement and anticipation of relocating to an unfamiliar place. Viviana also recognizes her clients’ concerns about investing in quality properties. Among her attributes as a realtor, people she’s dealt with repeatedly point to her integrity, her transparency, and her receptivity to their concerns. Her focus is the leasing and sale of large residential and commercial spaces below Fourteenth Street: Soho, Tribeca, Battery Park, Financial District, and West Village. Viviana earned a degree in International Business from Baruch College in 2009. While in school, she completed two internships in the finance sector as well: one as Assistant to the Founder of hedge fund marketing firm the Davenport Group; the other, for IMAG, a banking management consulting firm. Soon thereafter, she was recruited by the INC Executive Training Program at Macy’s—rated one of the top programs of its type in the country. The sharp business sense she developed from this early experience has proven to be a great advantage in her real estate practice. She prides herself on her ability to match clients with properties that meet or exceed their needs and expectations. Viviana likes to balance enterprise with creativity—in her spare time, she enjoys painting. She finds this often forms an instant connection with clients, many of whom are artists themselves (or at least art devotees).Besides giving her life balance, she feels exercising that part of her brain helps her envision possibilities, seeing properties as potential—not unlike looking at a blank canvas.
