Vittorio Faricelli is a native New Yorker whose excitement and passion for real estate has driven him to become one of the top brokers in the business. He has proven himself to be extremely dedicated and one of the most aggressive agents in the city, having sold multiple million dollar properties and having created strong and valuable relationships with clients, developers and other real estate brokers. He has worked in every aspect of the real estate industry having represented sellers, buyers, investors, and corporations, within both the residential and commercial market alike.
Born and raised in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Vittorio was brought up in a large Italian family that originally emigrated from Italy over fifty years ago. His family has a background in construction and in restaurant business; however he chose a different direction, one of real estate. Having been inspired by growing up in Brooklyn, he witnessed the dramatic changes firsthand that have taken place over time throughout the borough and New York City as a whole. Vittorio has an extremely well-rounded educational and professional background, having degrees in Finance, International Business and Italian from St. John’s University. Before discovering his passion for real estate, Vittorio was in the world of finance, having worked at an investment bank that focused on real estate investments, private equity and initial public offerings. After having spent a few years in finance, Vittorio decided to switch careers and bring his knowledge to the real estate industry in which he feels entirely at home and where he can best utilize his distinct capabilities to a maximum.
Vittorio has extensive experience working on new development projects. Prior to joining Nest Seekers, he previously worked for AptsandLofts, where he earned his way to become a top leading project manager on numerous new developments. His latest project launch consisted of a 127-unit luxury residence in Brooklyn. Vittorio prides himself on being a strategic and tough negotiator, ensuring his clients receive the best possible deals, on both the selling or buying side. Over the years, Vittorio has been trained and inspired by some of the best in the business, and has obtained an accreditation as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Vittorio has formed a wealth of clientele that stems from New York City and expands nationally to Florida and the west coast, as well as internationally with clients based in Italy, Portugal and Asia. This gives him competitive advantage over most other brokers, as he has developed relationships with international buyers and investors that are seeking to purchase properties in the United States.
Vittorio counts his main inspiration is making sure that every one of his clients is over-satisfied throughout the process. He relishes in making the non-believers, believe. He always enjoys hearing clients say such things as “Wow, I didn’t think this could be done” or “How did we get this done so quickly?” The answer to all of those are all a result of how he approaches he approaches every single task. He believes that there is no task too big, no property that is unsellable, and no goal that is unreachable – just people that aren’t willing to put their hearts and mind into doing the work. Vittorio specifically believes that in order to achieve success one must stay on top of and pay attention to all the little details, along with working harder and being more determined than anyone else in the business. Aside from real estate, Vittorio enjoys spending time with his family, as well as traveling to new destinations and playing poker. He is also an avid foodie, who appreciates a great steak, and loves to experience the tastes of different cultures.
