Vittorio was really great to work with in helping me get into my apartment. A fire forced me to vacate my old building so I was pretty stressed however he helped make the process as stress free as it can be. I ran across a listing online and he got in touch with me and set up a viewing quickly. He worked around my schedule to get me signed with the landlord. Very friendly and helpful guy, pleasure to work with.

I rented an apartment from this agent.

Renting in New York is already tough enough, trying to move to New York from out of state is even worse. Vittorio made the process very easy and pleasant. He responded quickly to my inquiry, met us at the building on time, and was informative and courteous. Vittorio was friendly and very easy to talk to, and we spent a bit of time just chatting about ourselves and chewing the fat. The apartment was amazing on its own, but Vittorio's laid back demeanor and candor definitely helped. Our situation was a bit unique, and where most brokers may not have wanted to deal with it, Vittorio worked hard to make sure we had every opportunity to get approved for the unit we wanted. I look forward to moving and would recommend his services to anyone.

I rented an apartment from this agent.

A few weeks back I came to one of Vittorio's open houses in Williamsburg and there were a ton of people. I have to say that I was impressed by the way he was patient with everyone and looked like he was taking care of everyones needs.

Now although I did not rent the unit because we decided not to move, I was super impressed by Vittorio's knowledge about the neighborhood, building, school system, and pretty much answered all of our questions.

Ive been renting for years in Manhattan and Brooklyn and now back to Manhattan and I have dealt with so many brokers who are just...ughh...will tell you what you hear just so you take the apartment. We did not get that vibe at all from him, he was extremely courteous and well spoken and honest - and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to rent. If next year we decide to move to Williamsburg I hope to deal with him.

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.

This guy is fond of the "bait and switch" method. It happened to me twice from this guy before I wised up. He posts images of an apartment that are not of the actual place that you've made an appointment to see. Or, when you arrive at you're appointment he'll say "oh that place you were interested in JUST got rented, but I can show you another apartment in this same building". When this happened to me, I was looking forward to seeing a 2-bedroom boxed apartment. Instead he showed me a railroad apartment in a basement.

Be careful with this guy or anyone from his company. Be sure to ask them to verify that the pictures you're looking at on your computer are the actual pictures from the apartment you're interested in.

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.
