It is difficult to be the new kid on the block, but Vincent was given a chance and he just went out and proved himself. A Queens’s native, Vincent is a Queens College graduate with a BBA in Finance; prior to that he attended Long Island City high school where he first knew of the neighborhood that is Astoria. Going to school every day for 4 years; Vincent saw the change and evolution of Astoria, along with its potential. Due to Astoria’s diversity and close proximity to Manhattan people see Astoria with development in mind.
