I contacted him for a listing he had up for $2500.00 it was already rented but he had another apartment that was new to the market for $2350 I was the first one he showed it to and I took it!! He knows New York better than anyone else and he has connections that helped me see places that weren’t necessarily on the market just yet. He’s never pushy and he always gave me honest feedback on each property.

I told him what I wanted and my price range he managed everything for me. I flew up for a two day tour of Manhattan and he took me to tons of places. Ultimately we found a spot and he took care of all the paperwork.=A+
