Broker has some one else show us the apartment. Broker showed us an apartment other than what was listed (1 BA rather than the 2BA that was listed).

It seems this is pretty standard procedure for NY.

Vikrant is really professional in his work, and explains everythng in a definite way that made our life easier to rent an apartment & find perfect home.

We just signed our leases today for a new apartment. He did promise that there was NO BROKER involved and he was right, we didn't get charged any broker fee and thats what we wanted. He on top of our emails and answered all our questions in a timely & professional manner.
