There truly is no better go-to resource than I when it comes to finding the best home and community for your specific needs and lifestyle.
My expertise, and passion for NYC and its architecture, is matched by my natural flair for and proven experience in customer service. Being a great listener, hard worker and attentive real estate partner, I will dedicate my time and effort to navigating you successfully through every step of your apartment search. Whether you are relocating to the city from out of town or moving between neighborhoods, I enjoys helping clients of all life stages, cultures and backgrounds.

I currently resides in Chelsea, and previously enjoyed life in the East Village and Murray Hill. Originally from Tokyo, Japan, I possess a worldly perspective having visited more than 30 countries in my travels. I previously worked as an interpreter after earning her BA degree from CUNY. Being a great enthusiast of NYC arts and culture, I have also volunteered time at the Museum of Modern Art and Carnegie Hall.  I adore architecture and interior design as well, and has a good eye for the beauty and potential of a space.

I'm torn between giving her two and three stars. Victoria worked very diligently to show me apartments (much more than any other agent I met with) and I ultimately rented from her, but she was very anxious and pressured me a lot over trivial matters. Also, she failed to confirm my move-in date and claimed that it didn't seem important to me anyway, which wound up costing me an extra $280. Lastly, she speaks and understands English very effortfully and it made it extremely difficult to communicate with her. My apartment is mostly fine, but for almost $4000 in brokerage fees I should have had a broker who I could have at least communicated clearly with.

I rented an apartment from this agent.
