Victor Valentinyi is a New Yorker to the bone. Born and raised on the Upper East Side and still a resident there, he has expert knowledge of Manhattan, and likes nothing more than helping his real estate clients find their own special slice of this great city. Victor has been renting and selling real estate in his hometown since graduating from college. He holds a dual degree in both Psychology and Economics from Stony Brook University, which perfectly complements the people skills and market mind he brings to each transaction (not to mention the personality!). "Moving in New York can often be a difficult and extensive process. Together, let's make it easy. I'll help prepare you, get organized and manage your time; and most importantly, I'll give you the support and guidance you need to take all the right steps," says Victor, who is all about customer service, and providing clients with the professionalism and knowledge they need. Fluent in English and Hungarian, Victor is extremely active in the Hungarian community. He is also a huge "techie" who often goes to trade shows and reader meet-ups to see the latest and greatest systems and gadgets.

Very helpful and pleasant to work with. Went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for despite our very selective criteria. Very knowledgeable about neighborhoods and apartments. We had a great experience with Victor & would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a quality apartment.

I rented an apartment from this agent.

Although my fiancee and I decided to put our rental search on hold for 2 months we will without question be using Victor when we revisit our search. Victor was the first agent I have encountered who listened to our every need and actually used the apartments he showed us to get a feel for what we BOTH wanted; not just forcing us into something for our budget. He was diligent in our early search and made the process awesome. I cannot recommend Victor highly enough!

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.
