Prior to doing residential sales and rentals, Vadim was formerly a mortgage loan officer, plus worked in sales and production management. He understand the magnitude of finding the right home, as he does the importance of forming relationships with clients that last well beyond the closing. Vadim also is extremely tech savvy having been involved with internet marketing and lead management campaigns.

Vadim is the owner of two co-ops in Brooklyn, one in the Midwood section of Brooklyn where he currently lives with his family. He is a full-service real estate resource who can help clients find not just the perfect home, but the most lucrative investment opportunity.

A NYC resident since 1992, Vadim migrated to the U.S. from Ukraine at age nine. He speaks fluent Russian and English, and studied Business Management and Finance at Brooklyn College. In spare time, Vadim enjoys learning about NYC from his wife, a former architect, spending time in Central Park with his wife, daughter and dog, and traveling when he can, especially to Europe.
