Uliana Savilo

With 5 years of hospitality service under her belt Uliana knows how to give her clients what they are looking for. Her passion for real estate is helped along by her welcoming, and outgoing personality; as well as her dedication to positive results. When helping a future home owner or renter Uliana is very meticulous and always makes sure to fully understand her clients' needs in order to be able to provide the best service.

Uliana decided to move to the Big Apple after graduating with a degree in Social Service and Tourism. After making several trips to the city and falling in love with the atmosphere she finally moved in 2008 from her hometown Stavropol in the South of Russia. In the last few years she has lived in 4 different neighborhoods in NYC (Brooklyn, Upper East, Soho and now Tribeca); each showing her a side of the city that she has come to appreciate. Uliana uses her extensive knowledge of the city to keep her clients well informed. She focuses on both rentals and sales in downtown Manhattan with a particular focus on Soho, Tribeca, the West village, Battery Park City and the Financial District. Uliana speaks English and Russian fluently and is currently studying Italian. In her spare time Uliana engages in many physical activities including running in the park, bike riding along the Hudson River, and going to the gym for yoga.
