Ty is the most amazing Broker ever!

After not hearing back from several Brokers, Ty responded to my inquiry within minutes. I literally needed to find a place in the Soho area within one day. Ty set up a full day of showings for me - he knew exactly what I was looking for and didn't deviate from my requests.

I ended up signing with the very first apartment he showed me! It was a hidden gemstone that I didn't even know existed :) I will absolutely use Ty again if I ever leave my amazing apartment. He's the best!

Ty is a great broker to work with. He is quick to reply to inquiries, flexible with his schedule and incredibly nice. I would definitely recommend working with him.

Ty responded to my inquiry and was communicative. HOWEVER, he set up an appointment with my roommate-to-be who was only going to be in town for one day. I told him this and he spoke with her directly, setting up a viewing for multiple apartments. My roomie left her brand new job early to look at the apartment, only to get a cancellation at 3:30 for a 4:00 pm apartment. VERY unprofessional.

Ty was wonderful to work with and had a lot of patience with us folks from CA. My son and his wife needed to find a place fast for their upcoming move and only had a week in New York to find it. SUCCESS! We all would definitely recommend Ty in your search.

I've met a lot of brokers and many of them are impatient, money hungry and dishonest just to get a commission but Ty is none of these. He made apartment searching and processing so easy and relaxing. I would recommend him to anyone who needs guidance and understanding of the system. He helped my wife and I find an amazing apartment that was within our budget, location and aesthetics... The apartment was just perfect for us.
