Consistent dedication, creativity, diligence and preparation have led Tom Martin to achieve success in his endeavors. As your real estate agent, he will cater to your needs giving 100 percent care and support in all the areas of your transaction. "Everyone should live in a place that makes them happy. The quality of a home is essential to the quality of a person's life, I believe, and the pursuit of this deserves the right attention, energy and guidance to find that perfect home." A New York City resident for nearly 20 years, Tom came to the city by way of the west coast. He has enjoyed living on the Upper East Side, in Hell's Kitchen, and in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, his current home. Born and raised in Oakland, California, Tom received a B.A. in English from U.C. Berkeley and an M.F.A. in Theater from the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. In his successful career as a professional actor in film, television and theater, he has gained extensive insight on the pulse of the city, and demonstrated exceptional skill and discipline at anything he puts his mind to. Tom's keen knowledge of the city's different neighborhoods and access to a broad range of property types to meet his clients' needs enable him to make the right match in a timely fashion. "When seeking a home, one should go beyond emotions and consider real estate an investment that holds promise for many years," says Tom, who's able to provide a clear vision of this bigger picture. Outside of his work, Tom is a movie fanatic, a big sports fan, an avid reader, an animal lover and dog owner, and an enthusiast of discovering wonderful new places in NYC.

Tom was great - Showed up on time, had a lot of thoughtful input, and helped us find a place that was suited for us - even if he wasn't the broker.

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.
