Tim was very responsible and honest guy. I could trust him and he answered all my questions quickly. The best part that I liked him was that I could tell he was enjoying his job and help people finding the best apartment. He wants to make people happy! I can totally recommend him to all my friends!

Tim responded to my initial inquiry very quickly and was willing to work with my schedule (was moving from out of state). He was always responsive throughout the process and was quick to answer any and all questions I had. I contacted many brokers in the Brooklyn area who either never responded or were very rude. Tim is courteous and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to others. Even though the broker fee can be very expensive, it's nice to know you will at least get your questions answered and Tim will go out of his way to help.

I had the pleasure of working with Tim when looking for a 1BR in Park Slope/Fort Greene/Prospect Heights. I moved in from Europe, and started my apartment search while overseas. Tim took the time and made the effort of fully understanding my needs and explaining the (to me very different) dynamics of the NY real estate market. Tim is always very available and responsive and a pleasure to work with.
